TV 15 Custom host not prompting to finish unattended access

Hey team,

I made a new host through the management console but when you install the host, it asks which kind of install do you want personal/corp and then it finishes and doesn't prompt for unattended access to be configured, I have to manually add the account after it installs. Is there something I'm missing to get unattended access to function correctly or some kind of policies I'm supposed to apply? I'd really appreciate any sort of insight on this.
