TeamViewer ID is not showing

I downloaded team viewer using windows 11 OS. The download was successful. Now I need to get the not ready message at the bottom left corner to say ready. I followed the instructions from the video for unattended access (click remote control, check start TV with windows, check grant easy access) The dialog box is requesting email and password. According to the video the dialog box should request email only and then you should click assign. Can someone please tell me what I am doing wrong?
