Windows 10 will not allow remote connection to use my mouse

I have Windows 10 with TV with unlicensed version 15.25.8. My teacher has a commercial license, also Windows 10 and when he connects to me and I allow him to take control, his mouse can not control my desktop or applications. His version works for all his other students

Older versions used to work fine but with Windows and TV updates, who knows what changed. I went through and verified full access all around but still not working.

Any advice?

There are two suggestions from end:

Suggestion 1 - Can you please try to take remote control of your system from another PC and check if problem still exist.

Suggestion 2 - Try to uninstall and Reinstalling the TeamViewer software and let me know if it still not working. (Note - While uninstalling please select the "Remove settings" option.

Thanks, I'll give those a try.

Suggestion 1 - i still have to test it but before I reinstalled and after, I still can not shut down the program. I have to go to Task Manager and end the process from there. There seems to be no other way to close the Teamviewer app.
