Lifetime Corporate License purchased not working

We had bought Team Viewer Corporate License way back in 2011 (version 6) with an assurance that it was a lifetime version. We were upgraded to Version 9 and then to Version 11. Starting 1st Jan 2022, our license has been converted to FREE version and we are not able to activate our license. This is not right. We supported Team Viewer during their starting period by purchasing the License and now we are being dumped. This is Legally not right. Sincerely request you to let us know how we can continue to use the Lifetime License that we had bought. We are having a lot of problem because of not being able to use our License. Appreciate Help.
