Cancel Subscription for Company
Hello - I have been actively trying to cancel our business account for IDEO but when I click to submit a ticket, it just brings me to this community page.
Can someone please guide me in the right direction so I can get this resolved. Thank you.

In order to submit the support ticket, it requires using the licensed Teamviewer account.
Could you check you are logged in with the licensed TeamViewer account when attempting to access the support portal, please?
Alternatively, phone support is also available for licensed users.
Therefore, please feel free to contact our customer support team directly via phone call.
