Why am I not receiving a Device Trusted notification to my email?

Hi All:

I've been using teamviewer for years and this error has never happened to me. When I tried
to authenticate in other client or in my account I never received the email for Device Trusted
I have a corporate license and I cant log in in any teamviewer installed recenlty. Someone have 
an idea why this happen?

Please I appreciate If someone have a solution for this issue

In order to investigate further on the issue of not receiving trusted device emails, can you kindly PM the email account to the moderator please?
