Where is this main window on OSX

OSX 10.11.6
Ive downloaded Teamviewer on an old OSX system yesterday and noticed it dont get this main window which show ID and logging. I dont see any window like this at all. I dont see anything related to this window in the header menu neither.
Did this change, perhaps? Im trying to figure out if so, but been hunting docs for almost 30 minutes now and still not a recent screenshot found

Clearly a biggush vrsion. Went on searching for more post and found this one, Newer OS but described same issue. Though this user noted that when using the update feature, suddenly the window pops up again.
Now i got a window atleast, clearly this is NOT normal behavior. However that post is from 2017! how is this still an issue, gues my old OS has something to do with it
