Hi there. azim here. to make it simple, im just singup and already install the software on my laptop. firstly, my sister was a consultant that work in Kuala Lumpur and i was in Kelantan. so in case to using the remote desktop was the carefully thing to concern, i think your team most expert to help her because she was using team viewer for most everyday in her work meeting rather than me that just sign up..it jst about ask me to help her just to install the hp printer 2336 that actually a simple things to do but im just get video call to help her but i see its something wrong with her laptop. not means im not help her myself, but to be honest, my current environment also get pishing from log4j in. so i think if i give her id team viewer, and be glad if your team can directly remote her desktop to fix the error..beacuse its about my current asset on my laptop and also her document with his client..thanks..look forward for your respond
