Unable to activate new license (Management console)

Currently, I use free TV account. Purchased new Remote Access License for commercial use. Clicked on the activation link, signed into my Management console, but getting the error:

A Remote Access license can only be activated on an account without any other license. As your account has already another license assigned, please use another account for the license activation.

Why can't I add newly purchased license to my account?

Thanks for your post.

As mentioned in the alert, it would appear there is a different license already on this account. You can look this up in the Profile settings of the Management Console: Click your Profile in the upper right corner and select Edit Profile. Click Licensing on the left.

Perhaps your account was associated with a company profile previously, or (if this was a second attempt at activation) it could be the license already activated to your account.
