A coworker is unable to remote in to my computer?

I can access others using TeamViewer, but others cannot access me. How come???

Do your co-workers get an error message? Did you set up your TeamViewer to disallow incoming connections?

Can others connect but only the one coworker not or can´t anyone connect?
