sharing between iPads

I'm wondering if it's possible to use the Team Viewer app to share the screen of one iPad to the screen of another iPad. I am a Teacher of the Visually Impaired and one of my students needs to access what the teacher projects on the board via an iPad at her desk. The classroom teacher uses her own iPad with Notability while sharing to an Apple TV so the class can follow the lesson. Thanks in advance for any help.

Good news - you can view an iOS device from another iOS device!

While Apple prevents the remote control of their iOS devices by any service, you can screenshare to other mobile devices.

Using the two iOS apps (QuickSupport on the iPad to be viewed, Remote Control on the iPad to be the viewer) you should have no issue connecting and viewing the other iOS device.
