Hello everyone,
I am a blind computer user who uses a screenreader to work on my computers. Yesterday I updated to teamviewer v15.26.4 and I noticed that the audio quality during a teamviewer session has become very bad. Before, the audio I received from the remote computer was good enough to listen to music, have my screenreader reading the text in good quality voices etc.
After updating the audio quality is similar to the quality of a old phone call, let's say 8000 hz instead of 44100 hz.
also, the sound is mono instead of stereo.
I hope this is a bug and that it can be fixed in a future update. Otherwise, I hope somebody can give me the golden tip to fix this issue.
