TeamViewer is a terrible program with horrendous customer care and support. They are unwilling to work with their customers.
To everyone who might be considering TeamViewer - do not use them.
I couldn't imagine operating a business the way they do. They should be absolutely ashamed of how they treat their customers.
Leave TeamViewer - it doesn't matter what other software you select, ANYTHING will be better than TeamViewer.
