black screen after switching monitors or logging in

So this problem has been for a while, with no update fixing it. I tried reinstalling teamviewer with no luck.

If I connect to my main PC, either from my laptop or phone, the login screen for windows 11 shows as expected. Once i login, the screen is black. If i disable lock on close and then login, I can see the desktop, but switching monitors results in a black screen again. This makes teamviewer unusable on this device, but it does not persist to my other pc on the same network
