Hello I am trying to remote my other computerho have windows10 from my older computer with windows xp
Trying to update a newer version.. the version a got now is 11-14.2 but i cant its says read the log!!!!

The Windows xp is no longer supported by TeamViewer. The highest version you can install on it is v14.2; therefore, you would not be able to use this device to connect with a newer version (v15) due to incompatibility.
