the remote controlled computer will never need to be manned with an operator to allow access to programs and applications

I am trying to set up "full access" feature. When I click on "Open Full Disk Access Perferences..." it leads to "Settings", which highlights "Privacy & Security" that opens "Full Disk Access". I selected everything on the list and returned to Team Viewer, where the access was still denied. HELP please!
