I'm using TeamViewer version 15.26.5 and have searched everywhere for the option in Preferences, but I cannot find a way to specify that I never want the remote computer to lock when I disconnect. Furthermore, the option to disconnect at all without locking the remote PC is simply not an option anymore. My employer has been using TeamViewer since the summer, as the program we previously used to remote into client PCs had proven to be unreliable. I used to only use the web version of TV since it worked really well, and it was one less application I needed to install on my Mac. However, the option to disconnect without locking the remote PC was recently removed from the web version of TV, for whatever reason. I was told by a colleague who primarily uses a Windows machine that I needed to use the desktop program, and that I could set this as a preference. Unfortunately, this does not seem to be the case. I have tried searching for this preference online as well as my account through the web portal, but I cannot find any information on this. What can I do to disable "lock remote computer" on disconnect?
The only info I can find on this site are posts from over two years ago, and mostly specifically about Windows. Is there any updated information about this option, or should I open a support ticket?
