Paid for a Remote Access License but no Activation Email
I've purchased a Remote Access License (paid via Paypal) about 15 hours ago, but I've only received a confirmation email from Paypal confirming my payment but no invoice whatsoever from Teamviewer. My Paypal account record shows that such transaction is still pending processing by Teamviewer.
May I ask how long will the process take after payment? I can't get a ticket coz I'm now on free licence. I need it for work asap. Thanks.
