Private License but Teamviewer now thinks I am commercial
Hi
Have had a private license for a long time now to help out family.
Today got a message saying I am a commcerical user and must subscirbe
Tried to reactivate from this page below
https://www.teamviewer.com/en/reset-management/
Says its Granting access and then fails with a 504 Gateway Timeout
Tried Chrome and Microsoft Edge desktop browsers.
Frustrating when your 78year old mother 400kms away needs help lolol

We are sorry to hear that happened to you.
Can you kindly try to clear the caches on your internet explorers and then try again to login on TeamViewer Management Console please!

I have tried Internet Explorer, Microsoft Bing and also Google Chrome
All with clear caches and no success
