Hi, I'm unable to access the Customer Portal because my organization purchased TeamViewer Corporate through a reseller and we were never given an Invoice Number that the CP sign-in page requires. Any way to get this resolved?

Thanks for the prompt response, Ying_Q. Not knowing what I'm missing, I hope there's nothing important in the Customer Portal that will impact our service. We use TeamViewer for some fairly important processes at my organization.
Customer Portal is available for TeamViewer customers to manage invoices and subscription. You may find additional reading from this Knowledge article - TeamViewer Customer Portal📕.
Since you have made the purchase from TeamViewer authorized resellers, these information would be managed by reseller.
