Lightspeed certificate preventing remote control window from access

I have recently installed Teamviewer Host on and Android device, something that I have done many times without issue. This Android device is running Android 7.1.2.
Following install I check the remote connectivity and I could connect fine and control the device. I was asked to install a Security certificate from Lightspeed. Since installing this certificate I can still connect to the device, but now I am unable to control it remotely. The remote control box just shows up and if I click it I get a white screen. You can just see the X on the white image. I have attached two images and hope that someone can help.
