I am the company administrator and do not have permissions to "MANAGED GROUPS"..
Please see below screenshot. "Employee Devices" is not listed in the drop down menu below...
Even Shares button is not visitable for me.
Hello all, Thanks for your questions regarding this topic!
Please know that to manage a company profile, we encourage the creation of a primary account ( https://www.teamviewer.com/en-us/global/support/knowledge-base/teamviewer-remote/deployment/mass-deployment-user-guide/create-your-company-with-a-master-account-1-10/ ), so later on, the company can centralise the creation of device groups on this account and share the groups with other managers and employees who need access to those devices ( https://www.teamviewer.com/en-us/global/support/knowledge-base/teamviewer-remote/deployment/mass-deployment-user-guide/create-a-device-group-5-10/ )
Share with us if this information helped you, or if you have further questions. Best, Carol

3-1/2 years later and these problems still exist and @teamviewer can't even be bothered to reply. The questions I would like for them to answer are:
What function(s) should a Company Administrator NOT be able to perform?
Why should users be able to create anything that the Company Administrator has no control or even visibility of?
What other system have they ever seen that is setup this way?
and most importantly, Has it been done this way on purpose?
Its even worse... Every Agent in your comopany could create own managed groups and you would not even see them as company administrator. Therfore you cant ensure policyes are assigned and devices are managed corretly. Just try it out... Figured this out today.
Just to confirm to you as well..
i doubled checked the Manager of the group. and its defined correctly. but why i can not see it in "Asset management"?
