Issue with using teamviewer on a Win 10 PC connecting to a Samsung Galaxy s21
I downloaded the latest versions of teamviewer on a Win 10 pc as well as Quicksupport on a Samsung Galaxy S21. I am able to make a remote connection from the PC to the s21, and can see the homescreen icons from the phone on my computer screen. However, once I open a browser, the windows that are clearly populated on the phone screen are presented as just black on the PC screen. Interestingly, a floating app icon that I have superimposed across all screens is being cast to the PC seemingly fine. How do I get the browser screens to display on the PC? I tried going through the forum to see what others had done, haven't seen one that helped yet, maybe I missed another posting with a solution. Any advice to resolve this is appreciated.
