You can update your TeamViewer account data which is including your email address via either the Management Console or the TeamViewer application.
Here is the method via Management Console:
1. Sign in to the Management Console at https://login.teamviewer.com.
2.Click the button displaying your name in the top-right corner and select Edit profile.
3.Go to General on the left menu. In the General settings, you will see the email field. Enter the new email address here.
In this thread, I covered the method via the Management Console, but if you prefer please feel free to use another method😊

Are you using a company's license and does your account associated with a company profile?
If your account is associated with a company profile, a company admin may disable the option.
Therefore, if you confirm that this might be your case, could you contact the company admin of the company profile, please?
