Intune devices not syncing to Teamviewer

i have an Endpoint Manager tenant with 300 devices that is connected to teamviewer (Corporate License ) through the teamviewer connector, initially when set up, the devices pulled through to the teamviewer console.

Now, the devices are not updating at all, and even new devices introduced are not pulling into the teamviewer console

-- Teamviewer connector is connected

-- This did work, not anymore

-- Connection is active between Endpoint Manager and Teamviewer

-- Mass deployed using Endpoint Manager to all devices with a custom config code as well as APIToken configured.

Can anyone please assist in getting the sync between Endpoint Manager and Teamviewer working?

    We have just started seeing this issue occur within our company. Same set up as you.
