Connecting to LAN IPs through the navigation bar at the top of the window ("Enter Partner ID here") is still broken for this version.
Use the "Control Remote Computer" in the "Remote Control" tab instead.

Yes, the navigation bar at the top of the window still does not work correctly. I don't use IP addresses, but the network name which resolves by DNS, and have the same issue. I found that it does not work if you are using a computer name the was used previously and shows up in the history list. If I type in a computer name that is found in the history list, pressing Enter or clicking the "Connect" button does not do a thing. If I connect to a computer that is not in the history list, TeamViewer will connect one time, then future attempts do not work with the same issue that pressing Enter or clicking Connect does not work from the navigation bar at the top.
