Hello , i started using tv on my pc and laptop . the first they it worked perfectly but now when i try to move my gta5 charcter from my iphone , the remote conection is very slow . Whats the problem ? My internet is vert fast

When i try to remote conect from pc-pc it works fine , but iphone 13 pro - pc lags very much

May you kindly check the version of TeamViewer on your devices please? The current latest version available is TeamViewer v15.28. If you haven't updated the version, kindly update TeamViewer and try the connection again please.

Would you mind checking the internet and port settings please? Port 80, Port 443 and Port 5938 should be open. You may check out the information - ports-used-by-teamviewer.

Give a go and fingers crossed it will improve the connection quality!
