My paid account says it's a free, non-commercial version when I log in
I have paid for a subscription. When I log in to the teamviewer.com site, it says I owe $340
I"ve had it with Teamviewer and want my subscription converted to a perpetual version (12), since I've been a longtime customer.
I have uploaded proof of payment.
When can I get some support? Teamviewer support is absolutely the worst I have ever experienced ! worse than trying to talk with someone who can't speak my language..

Regarding the 'Free' status on your account, as previously mentioned please repeat the license activation process to ensure the license is activated on your account.

In order to license your account, you would have needed to click the blue link in the activation email - this would have arrived shortly after the invoice.
Could you please confirm you took these steps? If so, please also attempt them once more - and let us know any errors or messages that appear.
