JUSYEA J6 Tablet Team Viewer Host APP problem

Hallo! I bought a new JUSYEA J6 Tablet for my grandmother and I would like to control it remotely using the Team Viewer Host APP.

Unfortunately it doesn't work! I can see the screen but can't control it remotely.

Can you help me? Do I need to install any ADD-ONs?
