Advert pop-up cannot be closed?

Hi, since yesterday I have a pop-up advertising 22% off licences when I open TeamViewer in Windows. These adverts often appear and I can just close them. But this one has no X for me to click? I cannot get rid of it, and it means I cannot click any of the buttons behind the pop-up to use TeamViewer! Am I going crazy or does this pop-up have a bug? Has anyone else experienced this?
