Disable local password / additional passwords across company

Hi,

We're trying to improve our security a bit and one current weakness is that people can and have set passwords for remote access, and additional passwords, for teamviewer installs around the company.

We want to ensure that only people who sign onto an active company account can log into our machines, and not allow access via a permeanent password (the main one, or any additional ones). Is there any way to disable this?

    The first suggestion came in my mind is Allowlist. It is a security setting which only ALLOWS the accounts on file can connect to the devices. You may find out more information about Allowlist and the set up from this community article.
