Problems when asked for CTRL ALT DEL to login

I have problems with windows moving around on my Windows Server 2019 Teamviewer .. but not always.

As far as I can see the windows will move (I guess this mean screen resolution temporarily changes) whenever you have to reconnect AND then type in the CTRL ALT DEL , and password.

Some weeks this happens all the time.. whenever I lose connection.

Other weeks I do not have any problems but I noticed that it never askes for CTRL ALT DEL or password when reconnecting on those weeks.

So what is the secret to put TeamViewer into this mode where windows ask for CTRL ALT DEL?
