can you please provide an update on my ticket# 36699359. I need to get this account in my name and email so I can make a payment. No one has bothered to email me or call me but I then get an email asking of this was all set. The customer service is not quite user friendly. Please someone call me or email me at [removed per Community Guidelines]. i sent the letter on letterhead as they asked and I still havent heard back from anyone.

I would go ahead and try to send your last reply to the ticket in again.
