How to get my license?

I have bought the license, then I got an email:

"Your order xxxxxx is currently under review as your information needs to be verified.

 Please contact our support team via +380 893239943 or reply to this email within the next 24 hours."

What should I do next to get the license?

P.s.: they say 24h but the working hours 9-18 Monday-Friday. I replied to this email but didn't the answer.
