TeamViewer + read only Rasberry pi 3

Hello!
Setup:
- Raspberry pi 3 B+
- TeamViewer 15.5.6
The issue I have is once I set the Raspberry to Read Only mode the connection through teamviewer stops working, it freezes right after connecting each time. On the other hand if the file system is writable the connection works fine. The newer versions of teamviewer are even worse that's why I am using 15.5.6.
Any idea or suggestions on what to do ? I am using my RPI to display a simple HTML page.
