Is my phone unsupported by universal add-on?

Hello. I have an issue with blue hand, which allow me to point at the screen but I cannot control the screen of the phone XIAOMI MI 11 Lite, which I need to access through my windows 8.
On the phone I installed QuickSupport and universal add-on.
Right after I installed universal add-on I was able to connect and control the phone, but after I disconnected and was connected again I had only blue hand and no control option.
I uninstalled and installed again the universal add-on and the same things happen, the first connection was fine and gave me control of the phone option but the next connection gave me only blue hand option.
Is this because universal add-on doesn't support phone XIAOMI MI 11 Lite?
