Teamviewer computers only showing on one machine
i purchased the remote access license to manage a computer. I am able to see the computer when logged in to the management console on the machine that I used to log in the first time. However when I log into the management console web from my personal laptop to manage the machine, I see the the profile shows as "free" instead of "Remote access"
Now if i go into the first machine I logged into the web console from, It shows as remote access.
Question: Does teamviewer support web-management of the machine from only 1 machine/browser? if so, how can i transfer it over?
If the answer is no, meaning I can manage the machine from web console of any machine, how do i ensure the licensing is reflecting correctly on the rest of the computers i am trying to access from?
I am using the correct/same credentials to log into the web console.

👉 The answer is Yes. You should be able to login into your account on your laptop, and see your license as Remote Access on the Management Console.
Therefore, could you please try:
- clear the browser caches/cookies on your browser?
- sign out and sign in again on the laptop?
