iPhone trying to connect in iPad

Hi,

I have lastest QuickSupport version (v11) installed in iPad and lastest TeamViewer in iPhone (v12).

I'm receiving message of incompatible versions.
There is no QuickSupport v12.

So, how can I solve this problem?
