I am getting new email address, I changed it in profile days ago

How long before its validated so I use it please?

Message Your E-Mail address has recently been changed to: XXXX@XXX,XXX. Until this address is validated, the old address will be shown in the Email field.

Can you check the new email address inbox for the account validation from TeamViewer please.

The validation for the new account should be completed before the email address had been changed successfully and completely.

I do not see a validation from teamviewer at my new email inbox.

Can you please try and Undo change?

After that, sign out from the Management Console and then sign in again and change the email address again.

Please check also your spam/junk folder since the activation email might arrive there.
