Invalid password to partners computer.

While I am away, .I am using my laptop to remotely connect to my desktop. All has been fine for the past 10 days, until today when I was told that the password to my partners computer is invalid - that's my home desktop.

Before I left home, I made sure that any windows 10 updates were postponed until my return, to avoid my desktop being restarted in my absence. So I don't think it's that.

It's very frustrating, to say the least.

Is there any way I can connect to my desktop back home and access teamviewer to reset that password?

Hello @Gordonhmilton,

Regaining access without entering the correct password won't be possible, I am afraid.

However, in the future, in order to avoid such situations again, I recommend setting up Easy Access on your home computer.

With easy access, you can connect without entering any password. It's the safest and easiest way to connect.
