My mom has Alzheimer's. It has now become too difficult for her to see or remember how to do anything. I can't seem to find a way to make it any easier than to:

1) find the Quick Support app and open it,

2) Accept to Allow me to remote control and

3) then select "Start Now" with the next pop-up "start recording or casting with QuickSupport.

Help! Is there any way to make it easier? I'm trying to use it to play shows on Netflix and Youtube. She just can't see or figure out how to do anything anymore.

I want to use it to Chromecast things to watch from her Streaming services that she can no longer remember how to use. Please help!
