I use the free version to help maintain my mother's PC, 800 miles away from me. She has an Ipad, and I was wondering if I can connect via my PC to her Ipad? If not, can I connect from my Iphone to her Ipad?

Connecting to your mother's iPad is possible.
However, it is only possible to view the screen, not to control it remotely.
