First of all working on this problem since 4 days and tw support doesn't help it all, they are just providing superficial articles which only contains basic information and doesn't solve the problem at all.
Our teamviewer host versions are old on our clients and we would like to update the version.
Created new policy and designed new host with company logo and everything, but the problem is most of our clients are production computers and those computers are don't have internet access, that's why we've enabled accept incoming LAN connection settings in the policy.
Until here so good so far, the problem is we couldn't find any section in policy to set unattended password, this information is important "%99 OF OUR CLIENTS NOT ALLOWED TO REACH TO INTERNET" that's why we can not associate our emails with host clients we have to use unattended password.
To fix that we did install host version to a pc which can access to internet and configured as desired, exported configuration file as tvopt file, when we deploy host msi file and import tvopt file during installation through command line all settings are applying but it's not adding company logo to host screen, it comes with default teamviewer logo and texts.
1- How we can add company logo and specialised texts in to tvopt file
2- How we can define unattended password while we define a policy?
Also there is an option in the admin menu as "Download special installer" which downloads you an exe file , when you installed, it applying your special modifications except unattended password (because in the policy there is no such option), how we can add unattended password to that exe file?
