Too many connects and disconnects,

Hi all. I have a minor emergeny. I am not able to connent to my remote computer, within 2 day of having the paid version of team viewer. The warning / rejection method I am getting is "too many connects / disconnects", and now I cant gain access at all. Any thoughts?

It's a VERY common problem, and it's actually one that the TV team play dumb on. They act as though they don't know what I am referring to. I suspect, this is just a way to have people who are already paying , pay more, by getting onto the full service with phone support.

So the TV Support Team told me to turn off and restart my partnering computer... 12 hours away from me.

I have to go back 12 hours and call my holiday short after one day...

No. If Team Viewer can not figure this out. I will no longer use TV.
