remote access from Iphone to PC stopped working

Hi, recently TeamViewer stopped working from Iphone to connect to my PC. it just shows for a second loading icon and nothing happens. Both versions on phone and PC are up to date.

I also tried deleting the PC and creating it again, didn't help. please help me.

ps. I use non-commercial version, free license.
