What are the steps to set up remote control from iphone to iphone
Hi! I need to remote in from my iphone16 or macbook to my mom's iphone16 to help her change some settings. We are not on the same wifi network. She's blind, leaves in France, I'm in the US. How do I set it up remotely, and can I set it up remotely? Thanks.

cannot connect to remote device on iPhone app
I cannot connect to a remote desktop computer through the iPhone app. I enter the Partner ID and then click "Remote Control" and it says "connecting to partner" for about half a second and then nothing happens.
remote access from Iphone to PC stopped working
Hi, recently TeamViewer stopped working from Iphone to connect to my PC. it just shows for a second loading icon and nothing happens. Both versions on phone and PC are up to date. I also tried deleting the PC and creating it again, didn't help. please help me. ps. I use non-commercial version, free license.
