If on the remote side, the computer has two screens, in the TeamViewer remote control bar, you can go to View, then uncheck Show sessions in tabs.
Then you need to log in twice, once by selecting screen 1, then a second time by selecting screen 2.
You'll then be able to navigate between the two screens.
