I was hoping someone could help as support seems to be going in circles. I have a computer I have assigned to my account that has connected by my signin for over a year. The computer is in a remote location making it very difficult and costly to access. Yesterday the computer stopped accepting my password to access it. The teamviewer software still shows it as connected to my network but all attempts say the password is invalid. I tried contacting technical support but they keep asking me to sign into the computer to verify it is signed in. Obviously if I could access it I wouldn't be asking them how I could regain access.
