Teamviewer can no longer view sensitive info screen
When we upgraded the phone and tablet to the new version with Android 12 (previous phone used Android 8), we notice that when we use teamviewer to view a banking app remoting to the android phone from a windows client, the screen blanks out. This appears to be related to a security feature in Android that prevented screen recording of the sensitive info on screen.
This was not an issue when we use Android 8 phones. In fact, previously, Teamviewer was the only remote software that did not have this issue. Is there a work around for this issue?
Note: Android Host is being use. The version is 15.
