Trouble remotely connecting to my computer

When I try remotely connecting through my phone to my computer it just leaves me stuck on connecting to partner without any connection. I've tried reinstalling to no success and I'm not using a VPN. Can anyone help me with this, please?

Could you please try to uninstall TeamViewer completely on the computer?

❗️ Follow carefully the instructions below, according to the operating system of the computer:

• Uninstall TeamViewer on Windows
• Uninstall TeamViewer on macOS
